Will you be bringing a free standing exhibit booth?

NOTE: If you choose to bring an exhibit booth, it must fit in the allocated area or you will need to purchase additional space prior to the event. The maximum size for a free-standing booth is 10’x 8’. For vendors who will be shipping/mailing materials guidelines are at www.ncacp.org.

On Monday, January 15, 2024, the Exhibit Hall will be open for setup at 10:00am. Vendors MUST be set up by 3:00p.

Are you bringing a display vehicle?

If yes, vehicle must be at the Event Center loading dock by 9:00a on January 16, 2023.

The hotel rate is $89/night + tax Reservation deadline is December 29, 2023.

In order to receive the special group rate, you will need to use Group Code: S01NCCP “S zero 1NCCP” when making your reservations.

DEADLINE FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION IS December 29, 2023.

Refunds of conference fees will be made by written request only through December 29, 2023 (less $50 administration processing fee).
No refunds will be made after December 29, 2023 (unless the conference is canceled).

CORPORATE CAPTAINS RECEIVE A BOOTH AT NO CHARGE AND ARE ALLOCATED IN PRIME LOCATIONS.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION AND CHECK ARE MAILED TOGETHER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS! PAYMENTS MADE ON-LINE SHOULD BE MADE THE SAME DAY THE REGISTRATION FORM IS SUBMITTED FOR PROPER APPLICATION.
