EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 29, 2023. After this date, registration increases by $25 to each registration category.

Refunds of conference fees will be made by written request only through December 29, 2023 (less $50 administration processing fee). NO refunds will be made after December 29, 2023.
