Payments can be made on-line at www.ncacp.org OR mail check to: NCACP – PO Box 18729, Raleigh NC 27619.

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 30,2024.  After this date, registration increases by $25 to each registration category.

Refunds of conference fees will be made by written request only through December 30, 2024 (less $50 administration processing fee). NO refunds will be made after December 30, 2024. 

THE HOTEL RATE IS $89.00 PER NIGHT & INCLUDES Wi-Fi, plus tax.

In order to receive the special group rate, you will need to mention GROUP CODE: S01NCCP {S zero 1NCCP} when making your reservations. The deadline for making reservations at Harrah’s is December 30, 2024.
